REPAIRS
While most of our time is taken up reconditioning machines, we do offer a repair service in our workshop and also a callout service in your home. If you can get your appliance to us to repair, the cost will of course be far less, but we appreciate that for many people, lugging a washing machine to our workshop just isn't possible.
CALLOUT CHARGES
Typically, our callout charge in and around Basingstoke is £70 (Which, to our knowledge, is the lowest price in the area) and covers callout and the first hour at your home. Additional time is charged at £30 per half hour, or part thereof. If parts are required to fix your appliance, where possible, we use reconditioned parts to keep prices down unless you ask us to do otherwise. All parts fitted are guaranteed for 3 months.
We are happy to take payment by cash, bank transfer,
PayPal and most types of debit cards without surcharge.
